THE SUP HOUSE is a brand already registered and operating in SOUTH AFRICA since last year.
The main theme of this company is the stand up paddle surfing, as SOUTH AFRICA is one of the countries where this water sport is already a reality in the market.
THE SUP HOUSE only sells products to this related discipline. Starting from boards, clothing and accessories. Search for products are divided between SOUTH AFRICA and HAWAII, country leaders in the SUP stuff production.
Regarding the technical aspect of the boards the projects and manufacturing was entrusted to PIKE of FABIO GIACOMINI shaper of undisputed reputation in the Italian scenario since 30 years now, who after moving to Durban and having further increased his professional skills is running now into the SUP production.
Thanks also to his collaboration will be possible by next April and every summer only have all of THE SUP HOUSE products in ITALY at the Stabilimento Balneare KURSAAL in Rome on the beach where already the PIKE surf shop exist.

TECH STUFF
We point out that our models are especially dedicated to those who want to learn SUP wave riding. Starting from smallest waves to the more extreme for SUP with size of 6-8 feet up.

Classic longboard thruster (or single fin) 10’
This board has been designed to approach the SUP therefore have confidence in the water while standing and paddling on flat water. But once you have reached the proper balance it could easily go down from waves….mainly with a longboard style so basically a surf very smooth and stress free…flat classic bottom + tail vee . Available in white, designed and with resin pigment. Declared standard weight 9,5 kg. Glossy or matte finish. FCS fusion system.
Seventy fish 5 fins quad 9’6”
This board is a retro fish model very stable and easy to control. It is a board for those who are looking for something more than the basic stand-up paddle, who wants to start to dig deep bottom turn and quick cut back on the waves. Thanks also to the interchangeable fins that you can have a thruster or a quad with the same board. Very good on the choppy sea…biconcave to enhance stability and speed. It comes in two versions that differ in the weight you can go by the normal glass type which weighs 9kg to the performance that arrive at 8kg. The performance version is characterized by full carbon rails epoxy laminated to maintain the durability of the rails from being hit by the paddle when surfing the waves. 4 ounces glass on top. Finishes and colors available are as for the longboard series. FCS fusion system.
The black beast 9’3”
We are talking almost of a shortboard……but that let us float….it is the arrival point of the extreme SUP. T here are no limits to the size of the waves that can be taken with this board. From 0 to infinity. Just think the rocker of this board is the same as a gun 10’ which usually surfing waves from 15 feet up….biconcave in the concave bottom to increase stability and speed.
Famous core surfer one for all LAIRD is using this type of board we say shortboard design…
Outstanding performance, thanks also to the use of the new side fins for SUP FCS 3DS with stabilizing wings that make the board even more sensitive and maneuverable but releasing great stability.
Having regard to its high performance nature the board has been conceived in just two versions.
- Full carbon epoxy laminated bottom, top 4 ounces glass, fish tail weight 7,5 kg
- Full carbon rails epoxy laminated with 6 ounces glass bottom and 4 ounces top, squash tail
weight 8 kg

Wooden paddle in Meranti (lightweight and durable exotic wood) available in the traditional SUP design and in the wave model as well.
The wooden paddles are designed and entirely hand crafted by FABIO GIACOMINI in a very LIMITED EDITION.
